I wish that I could afford to eat at Zuma 5 times/week because I would. The restaurant has outposts all over the world in places like Dubai, Bangkok, and Miami. They take their NYC home in Midtown and it is a contemporary masterpiece. Every design element of the restaurant has clearly been carefully choreographed. The space is massive with multiple floors, two bars, 6 private dining rooms & open kitchens with seating throughout. You'll find a landscape of beautiful woman and business men in suits. The menu offers a wide range of Japanese dining options including expertly prepared sushi, tempura, robata grilled meats & assorted cold dishes. Everything is designed to share and it is genuinely all great. This meal will definitely set you back a few $ but it is well worth the splurge.
