My god this place is so quaint & cute it looks like an Italian grandma's house threw up all over it (like in an adorable way). The newly opened Fiaschetteria Pistoia is a traditional Tuscan restaurant new to the East Village with maybe 15 tables and a small bar. The moment you walk in you feel the cozy romance of the space. The food is simple & rustic; everything you'd want to eat with good bread and several glasses of wine (in my case a whole bottle). The prosciutto is shaved paper thin and their burrata is fresh & creamy. The pastas are made in house so they arrive perfectly chewy and with few ingredients needed. My favorite was the spaghetti pomodoro. If you can make something that simple taste so special, I'm yours for life.
